2.3.6.4. William Murray Graham Frame (1891-1959)

William Murray Graham Frame was born on 17 December 1891 at 5 Leechlee Street in Hamilton to John and Margaret (Graham) Frame. His father was an engine keeper at a colliery. In 1901 the family lived at 53 Argyle Buildings and William attended school. When the 1911 census was enumerated, William and his family still lived at the same address and he worked as a house joiner.

He married Jessie Kerr Riddell on 6 August 1924 at her home, Gertrude Cottage, according to the forms of the Christian Brethren. He was 32 years old, lived at home at 53 Argyle Buildings and worked as a school teacher. The couple had two known children.

William Murray Graham Frame died on 11 January 1959 at his home on 36 Scott Street in Hamilton of coronary thrombosis. He was 67 years old and had retired from teaching. His wife lived until 1984.
