Robert Eugene Kellberg was born on 3 October 1944.
He married Janice Elizabeth Jenks on 23 October 1965 in Pine County, Minnesota. They had one child before Janice died in 1989.
Robert married Norma Jean Paulus on 1 June 1991 in Burnett County, Wisconsin. In 2002 Robert lived in Grantsburg, Wisconsin.
