Janice Elizabeth Jenks was born on 9 April 1941 in Danville, Illinois, to Arthur Edwin Jenks and Elizabeth Caswell.
She married Robert Eugene Kellberg on 23 October 1965 in Pine County, Minnesota. They had two children during the course of their marriage. In 1982 Janice lived in Grantsburg, Wisconsin.
Janice Elizabeth (Jenks) Kellberg died on 16 September 1989 in Hennepin County, Minnesota, at the age of 48.
